Came in for 30,000 maintenance. First there was no record of our warranty that we purchased for 2279$ when we purchased the vehicle at Browns. Then they only did the oil change not First there was no record of our warranty that we purchased for 2279$ when we purchased the vehicle at Browns. Then they only did the oil change not the total 30,000. Maintenance check required. Said they would do it the next time. The car has 29,600 miles. There was no reason to postpone. The warranty we purchased when we bought the car was to cover all of these required services, oil changes etc. we would only be responsible for tires and wiper blades. Why can’t anyone find this in our records. We had no problem before the dealership changes hands. Even person who called to check on service couldn’t find it in the system. I am NOT happy More
