Took a week in advance to get a scheduled appt. Once my car was looked at, I was told the two windshield washer nozzles that needed replacing were out of stock; it would take 2 days to get them in Once my car was looked at, I was told the two windshield washer nozzles that needed replacing were out of stock; it would take 2 days to get them in and would cost me $42.00 for original Hyundai parts. I declined the quote for parts and labor, found OEM replacements for $9.00 shipped from Shanghai. I scheduled another appt. for install, another week to wait, then sat in the dealership waiting room for an hour and a half for a job that was quoted to me as taking only 30 minutes My service advisor Zach did knock of 30% for the final tab due to my inconvenience. I'd like an explanation as to why corporate Hyundai charges so much for small little plastic parts when suitable aftermarket OEM replacements function just as well. No 5 stars for this one you guys. More
