The sale was good, We leave the same day. After weeks with the car waiting to make a payment in June no Information in my lender about this sale. Like Never happen. I call the leadership after weeks they told us to come back or they will take the car from Us. The place is like a hour from us. No sorry or nothing just come to fix the paper work or we pick the car. I was like at least for the trouble pay me the gasoline. He was like no. He didn’t care was his mistake. We went sing again and wait for 2 more weeks. Again no sale approve with my lender. I was surprise because was me who literally have to contact because my account was no showing with lender in my account. I ask them to make my husband the primary and me the join holder. After almost 2 months Calling to try to fix this they told us they lost our id and need another copy. I was not going to drive we send it by email. I was scare All this time I was driving a car apparently for the records was no mine yet. We have to send more paper work again. Was so dissatisfied with the process. I hate be calling to resolve the issues they only try by email. They didn’t try calling. They never said sorry. They never Try to offer anything to make me feel better. They ignore my calls for long to later one day contact. My husband to tell Them my first day to paid will be July 1. Like really all this time they never reach us by phone and only 2 emails the offer course when directly to junk mail because I don’t have them in contacts. Why they can’t call me leaving many messages with my phone number to reach me to fix this. I feel I was only me who really want to get the sale to be done. More

I noticed Brown's Manassas KIA was the highest rated KIA dealer in my area. Mr. John Sasso and his team exceeded expectations. They were transparent and were able to meet the lease numbers and terms that I wanted. One of the biggest takeway was receiving a signed pricesheet from Faraz (new car sales manager). Not many dealerships are willing to put their signature on those types of documents during negotiations.
