I brought my Mazda to Chantilly Mazda when it started to make noises when applying the brakes. Chantilly tried multiple times (I dropped off my car about 4 times for the same issue) to fix it and finally sa make noises when applying the brakes. Chantilly tried multiple times (I dropped off my car about 4 times for the same issue) to fix it and finally said they didn't know what was wrong, maybe try taking it somewhere else. I went to Fairfax where the technicians were able to identity the problem right away and fix it quickly. They provided me with a loaner car and the customer service was excellent. They even called the next day to check to make sure everything was ok. I was very upset with my Mazda experience in Chantilly and was starting to regret buying a Mazda. The Fairfax team changed my opinion of Mazda and I will definitely be taking it there from now on. Great experience with Fairfax Mazda! More

Darren, the sales manager, is on top of every deal and ensures the best possible price and fo after one disasterous experience at another dealership. Dave is the new car service guy, and Mike is the used car service guy; I use them both all the time and deeply, deeply appreciate their kindness, thoroughness, and attention to detail. I have complete trust and confidence that when they oversee service to my wife's new Mazda or my used Mazda, I am getting the best possible care for the lowest possible price. Sure, those "quick oil change" places might be convenient, but nothing comes close to the confidence I get when I know that Dave or Mike has seen to the overall care and maintenance of my wife's car or my car. The service that I received was exceptional! Other places had told me that a number of different items needed to be replaced on my car but as it turns out they were completely wrong.
