I have had my Mazda serviced twice at this dealership and their customer service is outstanding. David had the paperwork ready as I stepped in the door. My car was washed inside and out, which I have definitely not experienced at other garages when servicing a car. The car wash is a huge bonus and so appreciated. I highly recommend Browns for vehicle service, their work is quality, I never have any issues with the service they provide. Their work is easy to schedule at my convenience, a real plus for me. Their work is always done in a timely manner, they are fast at getting quality service done. I think Greg Harmon is great to work with. He is one of the few service reps I've ever worked with that is proactive. I think he is honest and has integrity in dealing with me. I trust him, can't say much more than that. He works to get me what I want/need, not what the dealer needs. Our cars run great, and I have to spend very little time to get and keep them that way thanks to Greg. Channon Payne More

I have been using the service department and same service representative for many years and find the quality and service excellent. My overall experience has been very favorable. I think to have a good servi representative for many years and find the quality and service excellent. My overall experience has been very favorable. I think to have a good service experience, I have to have a service representative that understands what I prefer and I can develop a trust in the service representative, in turn. Greg, has been excellent, for me, for a long time, consistent and good. I have not been over-promised or under-delivered. The diagnostic work has been very good and provided me with answers that I needed to make a decision about what and when repairs are needed. I have been driving a Mazda-brand cars since 1974. I like the "zoom-zoom"! More
The service department has always given outstanding service. Nu normal contact is Greg on the Blue Team, who was no vacation, so David filled in for him. My paperwork was ready when I arrived. After the work was done, he again went into detail as to the work performed and scheduled my next service appointment. Only complaint - the wi-fi was not working right. More

Brown's Farifax Mazda is among the top dealers for competence and customer satisfaction that I have dealt with since I started buying cars in the 1970's. I've been a Mazda owner off and on for over 34 years, and a Browns customer since 2001, and purchased three cars from the Norther VA Browns Mazda dealers, and two vehicles from Browns Fairfax Mazda and have been absolutely satisfied with every aspect of the connection with Browns Fairfax Mazda. What I like most is that all the folks you deal with, from sales to service to administration are "car guys" (meant to be gender inclusive). These are people who love cars, and to them their work isn't a job, it's a calling. In service especially, they treat your car like it was their own prized possession, and seem to revel in always making it better than you expected it could be. Their technicians are perceptive and talented and seem to personify the Zoom-Zoom driver focused ethic of which Mazda is so justifiably proud. I echo the comments from prior posters praising Dave Martin. He's the best advertisement they could want for customer satisfaction. Glad to be able to sing the praises of this exceptional dealership. I have been a client of Brown's Fairfax Mazda for a little of four (4) years now - I have trusted them with my teenage daughter's Mazda 3 car==specifically Mr. Dave Martin--I can not say or write enoug little of four (4) years now - I have trusted them with my teenage daughter's Mazda 3 car==specifically Mr. Dave Martin--I can not say or write enough good words about him and how he has dealt with me and her over the years. He is professional-efficient-straight-forward and goes out of his way to make my daughter feel comfortable and informed when she has to wait for her car to be serviced. My daughter goes to college in Salem Va. and to have the feeling that she is driving the best maintained and safest vehicle when she is going up and down I-81 and back and forth on I-66 I attrribute to Dave Martin and his skill sets as well as the entire staff at Brown's Fairfax Mazda-she is already convinced that her next car will be a Mazda and I'm very confident it will be coming from Brown's.
