We purchased new Nissan rough 2020 from brown fairfax Nissan in fairfax Va , we had down grading experience with the salesman his name is Oscar we asked for AWD rough like one we were leasing and the sam Nissan in fairfax Va , we had down grading experience with the salesman his name is Oscar we asked for AWD rough like one we were leasing and the same color with AWD , he said sure , my husband said I want everything the same inside and out oscar replyed apselutly , to make the long story short he showed us couple cars on their lot for us to see how our new car will look like , according to Oscar their most cars is 40 minuts away they have to bring it shortly , So we agreed on the car that will be AWD just like we were leasing so my husband signed the papers , we waited in waiting room atleest Another 30 minuts for them to bring the new car and they took it to wash it and vacum it they said its dusty , it turn out to be Oscar Was lying to us from the begining , the new car turns out to be 2WD plus we added leather seat after market another thousand dollars , we put 4500 dollars downpayment the rest we did financing . The Oscar the salsman and Naseer the supervisor they were working together to cheet customers , They have Intentionally violated the truth , they are Untrustworthy people in this location , consumers be carfull from this dealers , The main msnager is worst of them all , Consumers watch out they are liers not to be truted at all , we give them -0 . Horrible Mechanic Service I spent more than $2k for the mechanical service, air bag light and CV boot replacement. After getting the car back, within a few days I heard a click I spent more than $2k for the mechanical service, air bag light and CV boot replacement. After getting the car back, within a few days I heard a clicking noise each time i stepped on the brakes. I called the service department and no one answered my phone calls. I decided to take a look at what happened to the brakes that when i step on it, there was a clicking noise. To my surprised when I am about to remove the wheel, there were 2 nuts that were just barely tighten. The other 3 nuts were so tighten that i had to work to get it off. Clearly, the mechanic at the dealer didn't torque it right. Luckily I found the problem quickly. I can't imagine if the nuts had fallen off. What a disappointment, since i bought 2 cars from them years ago. Just can't trust the mechanics here. More
