Finally great service Andrew (service Dept) was very attentive to our concerns about two problems that have persisted for almost two years. Every time we brought the vehicl Andrew (service Dept) was very attentive to our concerns about two problems that have persisted for almost two years. Every time we brought the vehicle in with the same complaint; the other service personnel told us they couldn’t find anything wrong. Because of this, we were not going to buyout the lease nor buy any vehicle from Browns. But we decided to give them one more chance and we were blessed to have Andrew this time. He assured us he Roth’s check everything. He kept in constant contact with us up until it was ready. Lo and behold—he found the problems abd we found out that we weren’t crazy. They were two major issues. His professionalism is stellar as evidenced by his meticulous attention to detail and delving into the problem further. I feel thevitger service personnel just “wrote us off”. I think Andrew should be recognized for this. I will now purchase this vehicle at the end of the lease. But I will not get it serviced at Browns unless Andrew is my service provider. More

The worst dealership I ever experienced I had my car at the dealer shop for 2 weeks they were replacing my transmission with a new one I pick it up by Tuesday or Wednesday and then I really I had my car at the dealer shop for 2 weeks they were replacing my transmission with a new one I pick it up by Tuesday or Wednesday and then I really believed that it has a new transmission so I thought I will not come back to the dealer shop unless is for maintenance but at this point my car is making a worst noise which I think 🤔 they never replaced my transmission they just fix the one I use to have before which they been fixing it over five times i am seek to bring this this freekin car over for the same problem at this point I need to changed More
Will Made the deal work I took my Xterra in for an oil change and Will Weaver asked me about the deal I tried to work out the month before on a Titan with another sales Rep. I took my Xterra in for an oil change and Will Weaver asked me about the deal I tried to work out the month before on a Titan with another sales Rep. That deal fell throughout but Will went back and reworked a new deal for a nicer Titan at a better price. A test drive later the deal was done. After the paperwork was finished we sat in my new Titan and he went over all the creature comfort controls with me and answered all my questions. Thanks Will. More

The reason I have used and stayed with this company boils down to one person who ha I have been using Brown's Nissan Dulles for at least 8 years now. The reason I have used and stayed with this company boils down to one person who has always been extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. From routine to surprises (bolt in my brand new tire!), Terry Willison has facilitated excellent results. I know that the service team is wonderful but Terry is my go-to guy. He is knowledgeable and even-keeled with a straight forward approach. I cannot recommend working with him enough. He even talked to me when I was crying because my car died and helped me figure out what to do next. I highly recommend using Terry Willison as your service manager. More

I just got my car out of the Lynchburg Nissan WARNING TO ALL WOMEN THIS IS A DISHONEST COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went into get my car state inspected. I just got my car out of the Lynchburg Nissan a month ago and at that time I was told the only thing I need was a fog light replace. Well the mechanics here told me that the control arm on the right side of my car was broken and the one on the left side was cracked. I was told it was going to cost me 1400 to get my car fixed so it could pass inspection. I had them fail the car and took it back to Lynchburg Nissan they informed me again that the only thing wrong with my car was a fog light that need to be fixed. So in other word this company was going to steal 1400 from me for a problem that did not exist. I am a single female and it is a shame someone would try to take advantage of me but my daddy did not raise a fool. More

I have been a customer of Brown's Dulles Nissan for over three years. I even had them perform some extensive work on a 1981 Datsun 280ZX - a real classic - I own based on the recommendation of other Ni over three years. I even had them perform some extensive work on a 1981 Datsun 280ZX - a real classic - I own based on the recommendation of other Nissan dealers in the Northern Virginia area. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was extremely pleased. The service staff is always professional, prompt, and friendly. If an issue is detected, they explain it thoroughly. Their rates are fair. I have been thoroughly pleased every time and would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a reliable dealership. More
