Safford Brown's service center was excellent. I had my vehicle in for a windshield replacement. Meredith Eden was my Service Advisor and she was terrific scheduling & coordinating my appointment I had my vehicle in for a windshield replacement. Expectations for wait time was honest and very acceptable as the service would take most of the day because my vehicle needed a new windshield & the EyeSight calibrated. Meredith Eden's positive attitude and customer focus made the visit very enjoyable. She arranged for a loaner car when she realized our bewitched would have to stay overnight. I have been visiting here since I bought the car in 2019. I am very happy with the service in most of times but it wasn’t great at this time. I had a tire pressure issue then came here to check it closely. A I am very happy with the service in most of times but it wasn’t great at this time. I had a tire pressure issue then came here to check it closely. Actually one of tires was replaced at different location due to nail then had the pressure issue so I wanted to check it at Subaru. They found that sensor was not reading pressure correctly so they fixed it. I thought the pressure issue was gone but it wasn’t resolved yet. As a result, there was an air leaking issue which was found at the location where I bought a tire. The problem was not related to Subaru but I disappointed Subaru couldn’t find the leaking. More
