Made an appointment and showed up on time. At other dealerships it means you are seen right away but they were busy helping other customers. So I waited 10 mins, no big deal. I was told an estimated 60-90 mins for my oil change, it was over, but I didn't expect any different after having to wait for my so called appointment time. I prepaid for my oil change the service before and the service advisor couldn't find it. I had to make him dig and do math to figure out that I did essentially pay for it last time. That part pissed me off. Had I not remembered I would have paid for another oil change. Needless to say, I won't be back. I'll share my experience with others. I'm not looking for Porsche level service, although it would be nice, but I also don't appreciate being potentially taken advantage of. More
