I never got a call from the Service department about my car being done or that only 1 recall was being addressed. I was without a vehicle all day and now I also have to take it back another time. I was also lied to about getting a voicemail by one of the Service department advisors. I don't appreciate the lack of professionalism. The only reason why I will return is because a part was ordered for a recall on the side curtain airbags. There should be automatic texts set up for Services like other dealerships have to avoid this issue. More
