I had 2 recent service appts. For the first appt, I waited at the desk to drop off my vehicle. The service who was waiting on another customer came into the service desk area and For the first appt, I waited at the desk to drop off my vehicle. The service who was waiting on another customer came into the service desk area and didn't even greet me and say that 'we'll be right with you.' So I continued to wait until another service tech came to the desk and said good morning. I was expecting, 'good morning, how can I help you.' I then checked my daughter's car in for service. I told him we need it by end of day. He said no problem. They called my daughter 3 times during the the day and asked her to call back. They never left a message that she needed an alignment. So she called back as we were heading to the dealership and that's when she learned she needed an alignment. By that time, it was too late in the day to get it done so we had to leave it for another day (actually 2 days because of her schedule). Here's the recommendation: do a proper job of greeting customers, and leave a message for customers explaining what is needed. People are busy during the workday just like your techs so share the information in 1 call. This back and forth is inconvenient and in efficient. More

We made a deal and they broke it. We agreed on a price, made a pickup appt., I was on way to get cashier's check for agreed amount, and they told me they sold the car to someone else We agreed on a price, made a pickup appt., I was on way to get cashier's check for agreed amount, and they told me they sold the car to someone else. Never asked for a deposit, CC or gave warning it would be put back on sale. Saw later they dropped online price to try to lure someone in at higher-than-my figure; I guess that worked.
