I had an 'appointment' to replace a fuse at 1:30 p. m. and arrived at 1:15 pm. At 1:50pm, the car had not been moved to the service bay. It is useless to make an appointment if service will not honor an m. and arrived at 1:15 pm. At 1:50pm, the car had not been moved to the service bay. It is useless to make an appointment if service will not honor an appointment. I left the dealership extremely disappointed, drove to Virginia Tire and Auto a short distance away. They took me immediately, replaced the fuse, showed me how to do it the next time, and I was done in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely no excuse for this level of service at the service desk. More
