A simply oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection should not take almost 3 hours, but that's common at Safford. Over promise and under deliver. Sold me a $6,500 maintenance contract only to make me wait 4 hours for a scheduled oil change and inspection. Happens every time I go there. Last time it took 3 hours for someone to make a warranty repair by replacing a small piece of plastic on the dash. Should have taken 10 mins. More
