I dropped off 15 Jeep Grandchrokee to Mr Garrett Short on March 1, 2022 around 11am to take care of the Recall. As soon as I drove in to the garage. Mr. Garrett Greeted me right away. He wrote up the ti March 1, 2022 around 11am to take care of the Recall. As soon as I drove in to the garage. Mr. Garrett Greeted me right away. He wrote up the ticket and I was literally out of the dealer In 5 minutes. He took my phone number and he taxed me. I had his number incase, I had a questions. Mr. Garrett told be it will be done today between 2-4. I called at 3 it was done. I picked up the car at 320. He was courteous, efficient, And keep me informed. All I could ever ask for in a service writer. Stafford is lucky To have him. More
