It was the first time I reserved the appointment via your online service. That was very easy and I was happy to obtain a last minute early morning slot. The work was don't while waiting. It was a busy morn online service. That was very easy and I was happy to obtain a last minute early morning slot. The work was don't while waiting. It was a busy morning but you lounge area and multiple tables/chairs make it very comfortable. The rep, Drake, and the one who greeted me were nice and efficient. The one disappointing aspect was that I wanted the driver seat mechanism or sensor for tilting checked because it doesn't work. Was told the the diagnostics fee was 270 or something like that. That seems very high and isn't in the bugs get for now. More
