Customer service goes above and beyond at Safford but my most recent service appointment resulted in my Jeep having to be towed back to the dealership…the oil plug was improperly installed resulting in all most recent service appointment resulted in my Jeep having to be towed back to the dealership…the oil plug was improperly installed resulting in all of the remaining oil in the vehicle finding a new home in my carport and my driveway. The oil stain is kind of like bad abstract art that I get to see every day we leave the house. Pretty awesome. 👍 More
