Nice facility but while my car was in for service the technician broke the hood latch bracket on the inside of the vehicle then when I asked the dealership about it they told me that I was lying and that technician broke the hood latch bracket on the inside of the vehicle then when I asked the dealership about it they told me that I was lying and that they wouldn’t do anything. It took me arriving to the dealer and taking time off work to speak to the tech and manager together for the technician to come clean and take the 15 minutes to replace the part. Which should have been done from the jump when my vehicle was already in for service. More
