Made a deal for a lease for a Jeep Wrangler and signed the papers and paid the first, but couldn't take the jeep off the lot because it was at another dealership. They brought the jeep onto the lot the ne the papers and paid the first, but couldn't take the jeep off the lot because it was at another dealership. They brought the jeep onto the lot the next day but tell me they can't turn it over to me because their system is down. Instead promise to deliver the suv the next day to me for the inconvenience. The day finally comes and the GSM tells me they are canceling the lease because they made a mistake and no longer want to lease the jeep to me anymore at the agreed deal. Tried raising the price by a $120 and told us to take it or leave it. No apology from the GSM and no attempts to compensate. Very unprofessional and bad faith deal. The GSM told us to our face that he doesn't care if he lost our business. Do not go here. Our salesman was great but, the GSM doesn't take any responsibility for the mistakes made and will be mean to you. More
