Went in with a check engine light and suspected a bad high voltage battery. Techs diagnosed the issue, started the STAR process, got it approved, fixed with a new battery with in a week and a half. Really good experience here, salespeople were not too pushy and were good about getting up front pricing. O'Neil Bennet is a good guy to ask for if you go by.
