Classic false advertising on their website for prices. I looked at the price of the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Limited edition which is listed at $34,031 on their website. I filled out the contact information looked at the price of the Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Limited edition which is listed at $34,031 on their website. I filled out the contact information on their website and received an email from Safford. I received this reply, "The 2020 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid Limited you inquired about is in transit and soon it will be delivered to us, however due to a glitch in the website the online price shows $5,000 lower than its suppose to show, the actual sale price is $39,031, which is excluding tax, tag, processing feed and fright, meantime, there are few rebates that you need to qualify to get the online price." I was pretty shocked at the immediate $5k increase from a so called price glitch. They said they would work on an agreeable price and the manager emailed me the price is now $41,904 plus taxes, tags and processing fee (as long as you can provide a registration for Conquest rebate). They would not come close to the advertised price - this is false advertising or bait and switch pricing. More
