came to the dealership to see about a service electronic throttle was suggested to replace a map sensor, which was 400 and some change the next day I still have the same code. Come back to the dealership and then it suggested that I replace a clip on the ECU, which would ring out about 1500 or so at this point it seems like we're just fixing things to try to find an issue which is not the reason most of the time we come to the dealership More

A very large change from my past visit. I suppose we (the dealership as a whole and myself) needed to learn about each other. Gwen was very attentive to my needs and had a can do attitude. Everything was seamless including the loaner/rental. My vehicle was serviced and it drives well. I am concerned about the rising service prices ($129 for an oil change is excessive) but that is a separate issue from the people. More

The team always gets the job done and provides good customer service. One major benefit for me is the shuttle to work. However, sometimes the drivers aren’t available. I understand how tough staffing i customer service. One major benefit for me is the shuttle to work. However, sometimes the drivers aren’t available. I understand how tough staffing is. Though, that can sometimes be a major inconvenience for me as I drop my car off in the morning with a scheduled appointment and request for a shuttle as I expect to go work.
