Have been coming to this dealer for the past ten years and always been happy with service. Service advisors are personable and professional. There are times where service is fast and others where it has and always been happy with service. Service advisors are personable and professional. There are times where service is fast and others where it has taken longer. Just depends on staffing and nature of repair. Regardless, communication is never an issue. Purchased my last two Jeep Rubicon's from this dealer. In the past, had gone to four other dealers in the Northern Virginia area and this is by far my FAVORITE. More
$270 to read the OBD2 port and do "diagnostics" on why the auto start/stop isn't working when it is a battery issue. You can go to AutoZone or Advanced Auto Parts and they will check your batteries, starter, and alternator in under 5 minutes (FREE). Then they want to charge $1,000 for the primary and auxillary battery because they are hard to reach. In reality, they are collocated under the hood. Brought my jeep in the 3rd time, can’t fix it because they cannot recreate the incident. I like the dealership but they don’t seem to have enough staff working even when I have an appointment for an oil change. I also feel they sometimes want me to pay for things that they feel need to be fixed staff working even when I have an appointment for an oil change.
