Over promise and under deliver. Sold me a $6,500 maintenance contract only to make me wait 4 hours for a scheduled oil change and inspection. Happens every time I go there. A very large change from my past visit. I suppose we (the dealership as a whole and myself) needed to learn about each other. Gwen was very attentive to my needs and had a can do attitude.
