Safford CDJR has great customer service. I worked with Francisco in the Service dept., actually for the third time. He is very customer oriented and always a pleasure to work with. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the recent purchase of my 2025 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. On September 29, 2025, I received a signed out-the-door price offer from your deale regarding the recent purchase of my 2025 Ram 2500 Power Wagon. On September 29, 2025, I received a signed out-the-door price offer from your dealership, which included DC tax and registration fees. However, upon picking up the truck a few days later, I was informed by the finance manager that an additional charge of $541.59 was required due to an error in the initial estimate. Almost three weeks after the purchase, I received an email from the dealership requesting an additional payment of $1,414. I find these unexpected and subsequent charges unacceptable. This situation raises concerns about the transparency of your pricing practices and whether this is a method to entice buyers with a lower initial price, only to add charges once the purchase is finalized and there is no alternative. I kindly request that this matter be escalated to upper management or a corporate representative for a swift and fair resolution. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Javier Baldiviezo More
During my visit the “hood latch bracket” was broken by a tech and during pickup it was hidden from me. During my drive home I hit a bump and the part falls down. When I reach out to the dealer i spoke with tech and during pickup it was hidden from me. During my drive home I hit a bump and the part falls down. When I reach out to the dealer i spoke with a separate advisor that had not serviced my vehicle. I was told that it was like that before and they wouldn’t replace. It took me going up to the dealership and showing the service manager the issue to get some honesty out of the tech. Who eventually admitted it was broken by him and they could do a “quick fix” on a 55k car…. Once I told them it was unacceptable to pay that much for a vehicle and that’s the type of way the service department treats your vehicle. After that the part was magically in in stock and was replaced in 15 minutes after they discovered they had the part in place. As a customer it would have been nice for him to have resolved the issue before I picked up my car instead of trying to throw blame on me. More
