Great car buying experience I came in on December 30th 2019 and bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade, I hadn't planned on buying a brand new car but I left with one. O'Neill was our sales I came in on December 30th 2019 and bought a 2019 Jeep Renegade, I hadn't planned on buying a brand new car but I left with one. O'Neill was our salesman and he helped my very picky self find a car I loved. I am surprised he lasted with me as long as he did, Steve the finance man was so nice too. He listened to my concerns and I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy a vehicle. I got to pick up my car the next day as it wasn't at Safford but I test drove one just like it and I love it!! Everyone at the dealership was friendly and we were greated every time someone walked passed us. If we end up buying another vehicle we will return to these guys! Exceptional customer service. More

Dealership had since lifted the vehicle and failed to disclose the modifications or the $12K increase in MSRP. Dealership did not have comparable model on the property, nor would they honor advertised price. As of this review, neither the photos or price information have been updated. This violates the Virginia Consumer Protection Act, but they will hide behind a general disclaimer. The disclaimer, in case they bring it up, says “price does not include up to $1295 in dealer add ons.” Avoid the bait-and-switch. Maryland and Pennsylvania also have substantially lower dealer processing fees. The in-person sales associate, however, was friendly, not pushy, and upfront about the discrepancy. He is the reason there is a star here at all. More
