The sales and finance teams at Safford Jeep are great. My final sales person Mir was excellent; he was professional, very helpful and personable. I originally went to look at my car around July 2019 and purchased in Nov. 2019, and Z not only remembered me when I came back to the dealership, but helped me during my entire purchase process. He made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase and the process. Z went above and beyond and is a true asset to the team at Safford. I could have purchased my vehicle anywhere, but went back to this dealership because of the people that work there. The only reason it's not 5-stars is because I realized my car was not entirely cleaned when I got home, and had to go back to the dealership for them to get the unfinished areas. It was a new car and I should not have had this issue. The attention to this detail was not a good experience. More
