Vehicle was left for 8 hrs. In to be inspected for suspension noise. Dropped off at 7am. I called at 330 to find status of my truck and it had not been driven or diagnosed. They In to be inspected for suspension noise. Dropped off at 7am. I called at 330 to find status of my truck and it had not been driven or diagnosed. They decided to take it out for a test drive at that time. Then left me waiting for over 2 hrs for the shuttle with the excuse of wrong addresses where typed in GPS. Then was told there is nothing wrong with your vehicle. This is the 3rd time bringing it in for the same issues and also the same process done all 3 times. Always making an excuse of why they couldn't look at the vehicle sooner. More
