I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have purchased two vehicles from [Dealership Name]. However, my recent experience has been disappointing. Issue Details: • Radio Problem: My vehicle’s radio remains on for 20-30 minutes after the car is turned off, causing battery drainage. Recently, the issue has become intermittent; just two days ago, the radio stayed on for 27 minutes after turning off the car. • Service Experience: When I brought the car in, the service advisor was rude and unhelpful, and I had to escalate the matter to corporate. • Repair Concerns: I was told the radio would be replaced within 5-7 days, but the car was returned after three days, and the issue persists, leading me to question whether the radio was actually replaced. • Follow-Up: I reached out to the service director twice and left a voicemail, but have not received a response. • Inconvenience: I was advised to disconnect the battery each time I parked the car, which is not feasible given my profession. I request a thorough inspection of my vehicle and confirmation of the repair. Additionally, I would appreciate that the service advisor not be assigned to my future appointments.
