The whole process took entirely too long. I was shuffled back and forth between the new car sales building and the used car sales building. While Brad was helpful in getting a decent price for the car, the back and forth between the new car sales building and the used car sales building. The staff were friendly enough but they definitely didn't go above and beyond. I got the distinct feeling that if I was buying a NEW Dodge or Jeep that I would have gotten offered at least a cup of coffee. The test drive wasn't nearly long enough and didn't give you the opportunity to put a car through the paces. Overall, both buildings were clean and comfortable. The SUV that I bought was also very clean, inside and out. Overall, I feel that I got a good deal. Thanks Brad for stepping in. More
