I bought my 2019 Jeep Wrangler from this dealership on October 18, 2022 and I saw a couple of minor issues which is the missing push start cover and rear bumper red plastic reflector and I mentioned and pointed out to a salesman and he told me that it should cover under warranty which is I take his word for it since this is my second time buying car here. While I'm waiting for all the paperwork of course they clean the car and finally done signing all paperwork and get the key and re inspect the car one more time and I found the left rear tail light has moisture due to crack lens and also tell the salesman and of course same response from him it should be cover under warranty when I bring back the car for service so I drop off my Jeep to service for This issues knowing they will take care of it and when the service advisor talk to me saying that all the parts was SOP and having a thanksgiving holiday that week I was advice to pick my Jeep and they will called me as soon as they get the parts on hand , and I keep waiting for their call but never heard from them so I decided to text service advisor at Dec. 2 and he told me that the claim adjuster will not cover any of them. And that's really make me unhappy because at first they told me that he got the approval and the parts was SOP and then they are saying that none of them will be cover. So I text my salesman on Dec. 17 about this issue, since then never heard from him, And as par as I know besides the 100K power train warranty I bought a bumper to bumper warranty that is offer to me by the loan officer. This is why I wrote this review it's all base on my experience they really treated you good when you try to buy a car but once you bought the car and have some issues they really don't care about it even though that you trust their word telling you that it should be cover under warranty. DON'T BELIEVE ON WHAT THEY SAID BETTER TO PUT IN PAPER THAN TRUSTING SOME PEOPLE THAT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TO MAKE SALE !!!!!
