We were able to go for two test drives which helped us talk things over without a sales person in earshot. Bottom line... no pressure to buy; a comfortable experience. Stacy was pleasant and knowledgeable. We also liked the fact that negotiations were able to proceed without putting a check on the table (the "are you sincere" trick of so many car dealers) or being put on hold for an excruciating long wait while a higher-up approves an offer (something we have been subjected to in many past purchases at other dealers). The price of good rather than great reflects the fact that our trade-in allowance was on the low side after negotiation... we accepted it because in the end it didn't matter as much as getting the new car, others may look at this differently. I knew I was ready to buy a new truck, but couldn't find anyone who wanted to deal, until I met Jeff.
