A simply oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection should not take almost 3 hours, but that's common at Safford. I had an appointment for 7:00 am, but it seems like the typically way overbook appoint should not take almost 3 hours, but that's common at Safford. Over promise and under deliver. Sold me a $6,500 maintenance contract only to make me wait 4 hours for a scheduled oil change and inspection. Happens every time I go there. came to the dealership to see about a service electronic throttle was suggested to replace a map sensor, which was 400 and some change the next day I still have the same code. Come back to the dealership and then it suggested that I replace a clip on the ECU, which would ring out about 1500 or so at this point it seems like we're just fixing things to try to find an issue which is not the reason most of the time we come to the dealership More
