I was looking to buy a Dodge Ram 1500 with a V6 for it's higher fuel mileage rating. I had been to a couple of Dodge dealerships - one seemed okay and the other actually tried the old 'we sold the one it's higher fuel mileage rating. I had been to a couple of Dodge dealerships - one seemed okay and the other actually tried the old 'we sold the one you were looking at two days ago' routine. In other words, they didn't have it when they told me they did. Upon walking into Safford, I was greeted by Eve. No pushy salesperson here. After letting her know what I wanted, she let me know that there was only one 4-door 1500 with a V6 on the lot. After crunching numbers, we determined that the one in stock cost a bit more than I had budgeted. Eve worked with me to find another truck that would fit my needs. We found one at another Safford location. I didn't buy the first day because I wanted to do some pricing research. After doing the research, Eve and the dealership worked with me so that I could get a better deal. After all the paperwork was signed, Steve Guth (sales manager) noticed that I had Realtor license plates on my car, and took the time to rewrite the paperwork to get me another $500 discount! The only bad thing - the truck wasn't the exact color that I was looking for, but everything else was just fine. More
I was upset at first because I had come in to look at a 2012 300 and was shown a 2013 instead. Upset because I LOVED the car. After that nothing else compared. Roy though new was attentive, if he didn't know an answer he found someone that could. He made sure that we were happy. The one thing that I did NOT like was the financing person pressured us into taking his financing, though our credit union offered us to match any interest rate and loan length that was offered. More
My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. Our saleswoman Eve did a great job and we were thoroughly pleased with the overall experience. I came into this Dealership on an email I received aboout trading in my Chrysler Pacifica. I didn't think I was going to walk out with a new Dodge Journey, but I am! Overall the experience was great. The guys at Safford of Warrenton did a great job getting me the car I wanted. Eve was right there to help me as soon as I stepped out of my car to later that night when she went to dinner with me and my fam me the car I wanted. They were very professional and friendly and made my first car purchase as enjoyable as possible, they even stayed an hour after the dealership had closed just to make sure I went home with my new car that night. I called David to schedule an appointment and he was very friendly over the phone. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership, David was quick to meet us and show us around the Grand Cheerokee we were inte friendly over the phone. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership, David was quick to meet us and show us around the Grand Cheerokee we were interested in purchasing. He did a very thorough job and I am sure I would not have been able to figure out some of the vehicle's abilities without his help. After buying the Jeep, David called a couple days later to make sure everything was satisfactory and that I had no questions/concerns about the Jeep. Overall, I think David did a great job and I would recommend Safford of Warrenton as a place to check out if you are looking for a new vehicle. More
They say they offer the best possible deal. But you best not go to another dealership, you will get a better price and Safford of Warrenton wont release their car if they don,t get the deal! Not only got the best truck they were willing to work with us on the price. They knew exactly what was important to us. In the end, a drive to just look at trucks turned into buying a truck. The service is superb! My husband is going to have his new Ram serviced over an hour away because of knowledge of the staff and professionalism of this dealership which installs confidence in the service we will receive. Even though there is a dealership three miles away that didn't come close to the impeccable knowledge and service that we received. My husband has owned a Dodge diesel his entire life and he was impressed by the knowledge of the staff at this dealership. Thanks to Ray, David and the entire staff at Warrenton. More
