Being unclear about exactly what we wanted, he was very patient and answered our many questions. When we expressed an interest, he escorted us to pre-owned vehicles where he introduced us to Sammy Harmoush. Sammy was extremely professional. He was able to answer all of our questions and it was evident that he knew his business. Not only did he give us honest and direct information, he was quite the personable gentleman. Sammy also expressed his great satisfaction with working at Safford (a really good indicator in my opinion). Next we were introduced to Brian Bishop, the finance manager. We found him to be very pleasant and fair. He was efficient and spoke highly of Mr. Harmoush. We found an amazing Jeep for a great price! We had an outstanding experience. I will write another review when I have my beautiful new Jeep serviced. I have no doubts that it will be an equally superior experience. We will definitely use Safford for future auto purchases. More

Too restrictive We were told we were only allowed a 20 minute test drive. We'd been to a lot of dealerships in the past 3 weeks. Sammy Harmoush greeted me at the lot and was great to deal with the whole way through the process and we worked out a deal that was great! When it came to the financing I worked with Gary Southall and he was able to get me a great rate and term to fit right into my budget. The customer service that I received was top notch. Thanks to everyone involved, especially Sammy Harmoush, for getting me into my new to me Jeep Wrangler Unlimited!! More

I settled for I wasn't in the 'immediate' market for a vehicle since I dearly loved my 2003 Ram 1500. I tested several Ram's in two different trips. I settled for a 2014 Laramie and I am satisfied with it. Sammy was very patient and assisted us very well. The only thing I am not happy with is the U Connect. I was told that I could use my iPhone connected apps with the U Connect. This is not so. The only thing I can do is Bluetooth telephone use and the music app. Anything else worthwhile requires a paid subscription. More
