I wanted to work with this dealer because they are near my home. At first we could not get together on the specific model or price. Prior to going to another dealer 50 miles away I decided to stop in and my home. At first we could not get together on the specific model or price. Prior to going to another dealer 50 miles away I decided to stop in and look over their inventory. I met Wes the salesman and gentleman I had been conversing with over the past few days. I wanted a particular Grand Cherokee. They suggested I look over another one they had. They let me take the new car home to see if I liked it. Next day when I returned I was not sure I wanted the alternate Cherokee. So, I offered a ridiculously low price. Wes was with me all the time. We got involved with Joan and Leo and I couldn't pass up what they offered. They worked hard to make a deal. As a follow up we love the Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland model that we bought. And the staff that we mentioned above were attentive, cheerful and pleasant thru the whole process. Stop in and see Wes. He even took time with us to go over all the tech stuff the next day for over an hour. Real laid back guy. Joan and Leo are close by. More

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! It was actually enjoyable the entire way through. Wes Morrison, my salesman was outstanding. He absolutely knew everything there was to kno ever had! It was actually enjoyable the entire way through. Wes Morrison, my salesman was outstanding. He absolutely knew everything there was to know about the vehicle I purchased. He made sure I understood everything about it, he even sat with me to set up my phone to since with the stereo system. He answered every question I had and was super nice! Every other person I dealt with was also great. Everyone made me feel important and treated me wonderfully. From the managers, the parts department, financing and customer service areas, everyone was amazing. I can't say enough good things about my experience here. Especially Wes Morrison. He even called to check on how it was going a couple of days later. I also had protection packages applied inside and outside of my vehicle. The service was great. I look forward to working with the service department when it comes time for the oil change. I have and will continue to recommend this dealership and most definitely Wes Morrison to everyone I know! My first experience was not as positive as I had hoped. I had a leaking roof that I had been trying to get fixed for a year and a half in Germany. Upon my return to the states, I contacted Safford Chrysle I had a leaking roof that I had been trying to get fixed for a year and a half in Germany. Upon my return to the states, I contacted Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Fredericksburg Service Center and was assured that they could easily fix the problem. So, I scheduled an appointment. Unfortunately, they were not successful with the initial repair. However, they were more than accommodating when I contacted them and told them that the problem was not resolved. They scheduled me for an appointment the very next day and had a rental vehicle (paid for by the dealership) waiting for me when I arrived. The kept my vehicle for a couple of days while I drove the rental and tested the repairs extensively to ensure that the repair was successful. I am happy to say that they successfully repaired a leak that could not be fixed by a couple of Jeep dealerships in Germany in several visits over 18 months. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for all future service needs. More

I recently purchaced a 2009 Dodge from Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Fredericksburg that I had found on the internet. This was the car I had been searcing for, for several years. After negotiating price with Duane, the sales manager over the phone and through e-mails, I decided to take a 4 hour drive from NJ down to Virginia to make sure the car was as perfect as they had claimed it to be. Believe me, when I pulled into the lot, there it was on the front line, just as clean and perfect as the pictures on the internet. As I got out of the car I was greeted by salesmen Jerry Silsley, and we checked out the car and took it for a test drive. After confirming that the car was everything that Duane had clamed it to be , and Duane stood behind the price we had negotiated over the phone, I decided to close the deal. Duane and Jerry were awesome through the whole process. I even purchased an extended warrenty for the car while I was there. After the sale Duane arranged for a car carrier to deliver my car back to NJ and the car was in my driveway 3 days after the purchase ! During the sale, I had asked salesmen Jerry Silsley if it was possible to contact the original owner of the car, since it was purchased from Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Fredericksburg, and ask him if he might still have the original window sticker from the car. Don't you know that he did make that call for me and yes the original owner still had the sticker and brought back to Jerry at the dealership and then Jerry FedX'ed to me within days ! My wife took our 02 jeep liberty in for recall repair maintenance and state inspection. My wife said all the people that helped her were great, even though the repair took longer than we were actually to maintenance and state inspection. My wife said all the people that helped her were great, even though the repair took longer than we were actually told, but that was OK since the vehicle had been out of service since last November due to us waiting on the part to correct the problem we had with the liberty . We would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to the technician that did the work on our vehicle, he did an outstanding job and also a BIG THANK YOU to Mr. Chris Atchison the service advisor that also helped my wife. I went into Safford Auto this past weekend expecting the car purchasing process to take maybe three days. But when I got there and met Dario, my salesman, I knew that Safford was going to help me out in fin car purchasing process to take maybe three days. But when I got there and met Dario, my salesman, I knew that Safford was going to help me out in finding the right car for me! Dario was great in explaining the features of the car, how the warranties work, and prices, which was really great for a first-time car buyer. Also, he respected the requests of my parents, who live a couple of states away, and was able to take all of their requests into consideration while also minding my requests! Everyone there was so friendly and helpful in the process and they made sure that they found me the perfect car for me that was also within my price range and affordable! I love that place and I would recommend it to anybody looking to buy a new or used car. Ask for Dario; he is spectacular! More
