This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Scott was very easy to work with, and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Chad (in Finance) was also very comfortable to work with, and did a good job of explaining everything. We also enjoyed talking with Marilyn, who explained the special packages that were available. I have always dreaded buying a new car, simply because of the obnoxious, high pressure sales tactics. But Scott quickly put those fears to rest. On August 24th of 2013 my spouse and I came to your dearlership to look for a new car. Our goal was to lower our car payment. He understood where we stood with our goal and proceeded to give us the best customer service we have ever had at Safford Jeep Chrysler. In 2010 we experienced a lack of caring and felt we were "ripped off." George Goodwin ended our day trying his very best to get us the most affordable payment, offering rebates etc. We were very pleased with his caring and professionalism. Troy also worked very hard for us to get an affordable payment. I enjoyed his sense of humor and he was exceptionally professional. We will be back! Scott Rader was a great salesman kind and very knowledgeable about my vehicle and he made my experience at the dealership very enjoyable. The one concern I have is that some members of the finance knowledgeable about my vehicle and he made my experience at the dealership very enjoyable. The one concern I have is that some members of the finance department need better training to make sure they have a complete understanding of the customers wishes when it comes to verifying their credit when the customer says they have financing arranged. This purchase was a huge decision for my wife and I; we've been considering it for almost two years, and we couldn't be more pleased than to have chosen Safford once again. After a lot of research, inluding a number of other makes and area dealers, we found Safford's vehicle selection to be the best, and their sales staff has always been professional and very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicles we've considered. For this purchase (2013 Ram 1500 Outdoorsman), we arrived at the dealership near closing time. However, we felt no pressure from the staff; rather, they went above and beyond...staying three hours past close to ensure we had enough time to test drive the vehicle, get all of our questions answered, and to discuss all of our options. We were very satisfied with the pricing and financing, and once we decided to purchase, the staff ensured the truck was completely ready to roll that night (we drove her off the lot at midnight).
