My wife and i visited the dealer to see a specific vehicle I saw online. We were greeted quickly by Jerry Silsley and learned that the particular truck was sold that morning. The sales process was simple and took very little time. We agreed on a price and a few minutes later met Steve Stewart, Finance Manager. Equally helpful, Steve spent a few extra minutes explaining the warranty and really counseled us through the process. Bottom line is everyone we encountered at Safford was professional and respectful. I have no hesitation in saying it was the easiest experience I've had buying a car and will recommend Safford Dodge and Jerry Silsley every chance I get. More

I've been to several car dealerships in the past and I can honestly say that "I have never had an experience that I could write about". (Not good anyway)...Until now!! Wes treated us as if we were his only customers. After finally settling on a car there were a few things that I did not agree with and Wes had promised to work on it a call me the next day. Let me say that I have walked of from other dealers with a promise of a call, but never received that call until WES MORRISON.!!! Thank You Wes! I have seen the various customer service levels offered at different dealerships so wanted to share my experience - an absolute enjoyable car buying day. I had simply never experienced such a thing before meeting Jerry at Safford. I do my research well ahead of time and the aspect of car shopping I generally do not enjoy is when its time to test drive and and review a purchase at any dealership. It can be time consuming, stressful and frankly exhausting when you need to stick to your financial goals. Jerry Silsley ensured our car buying experience was quick, low stress and most surprising of all...enjoyable. I honestly had never experienced these attributes when buying a car until working with Jerry and Safford for my Wife's certified Jeep Patriot. Frankly speaking, I was shocked at how smooth and quick the process was with Jerry offering genuine customer service that is hard to find these days. Congrats! our Sales person this time was Ben. He was great. We didn't want to spend alot of time sitting and waiting as we knew what we were looking for. Everyone had us through in an hour and a half and that included a test drive! We did not feel rushed, everyone answered our questions and welcomed us back or to call anytime any other questions arose. Would definitely recommend buying a car/truck from them.
