I am a deal hound, and spend a considerable amount of time researching and price comparing before arriving at any dealership. Recently I visited Safford Jeep to review a couple certified pre-owned Jeep time researching and price comparing before arriving at any dealership. I have seen the various customer service levels offered at different dealerships so wanted to share my experience - an absolute enjoyable car buying day. I had simply never experienced such a thing before meeting Jerry at Safford. I do my research well ahead of time and the aspect of car shopping I generally do not enjoy is when its time to test drive and and review a purchase at any dealership. It can be time consuming, stressful and frankly exhausting when you need to stick to your financial goals. Jerry Silsley ensured our car buying experience was quick, low stress and most surprising of all...enjoyable. I honestly had never experienced these attributes when buying a car until working with Jerry and Safford for my Wife's certified Jeep Patriot. Frankly speaking, I was shocked at how smooth and quick the process was with Jerry offering genuine customer service that is hard to find these days. Congrats! our Sales person this time was Ben. He was great. We didn't want to spend alot of time sitting and waiting as we knew what we were looking for. Everyone had us through in an hour and a half and that included a test drive! We did not feel rushed, everyone answered our questions and welcomed us back or to call anytime any other questions arose. Would definitely recommend buying a car/truck from them. Ben Clarke has by far the best sales personality I have ever encountered. Normally I'm annoyed by the questions and games, but Ben "listens" and doesn't need to ask stupid questions. Additionally, if he doesn't know the answer he says let me look that up or call someone who does, and he did that with me. It was pouring rain and he went out and found two vehicles for me, brought them up and we drove each. Great sales personality and by his motivation and he is a man going places. Also, thanks for serving our nation Ben and it was great working with you on the truck. Safford also has a very good team and policy, it's clear customer service is not just a catch phrase. More
