It is still a little discouraging to know that I had to post this message and contact management for a response. Also when I finally had the vehicle looked at by your interior specialist, she said she could not fix the problem. I was given a check to hopefully cover the cost of the repair and was sent on my way to search for my own repair company. During the process and discussing resoluion, the manager asked at least three times to change my DealeRater score if I would like too. (including when he was handing me the check)It seemed as though the score was more important than the customer.
