I came all the way down from NYC to purchase my 2012 Fiat 500 Sport and it was 100% worth the trip. The customer service is like nothing you've ever seen before, absolutely amazing. Jeff answered every little question I had immediately and even when I forgot something in my old car, they mailed it out to me right away. Ken walked me through everything I needed to know and got me anything I could have needed or wanted, right down to the balloon. They were so friendly and so accommodating I would definitely purchase another car from them and recommend them to everyone! More

The process was efficient and ran so smooth, not even looking to purchase that day but it all fell in our laps. Not only Ben, but the Finanical "paperwork" guy was extremely nice and explained everything easy, short, and smooth for us overly tired people. The process was not painful at all, no "o no" moments. I have gone back to the dealer Ben to ask questions nad get help, he is more than friendly, it's like dealing with a friend that I have known for a very long time. He helped me with all my questions and seemed geniuely happy to see me every time. He was not a pusher of any kind. Will I go back to buy from him again, you bet cha. In the past cars have been a pain to buy and hated , just hated the experience I had to go thru. This was the best experience ever and I have been thru about 10 purchases. I have had nightmare purchases, some not so bad but still bad enough that took half a day or so. So this one we were done in bout hour n 30 minutes, yeah that fast. If you go here, go see BEN CLARKE. We brought our Ram in for routine service and my husband had his head on a swivel. Minutes later we were out looking at the Dodge Challengers. We had worked with Joan before when we bought our truck last year and she recognized us on the spot. After running some numbers we determined that used was going to be in the budget. Poor Joan she was even trying to work her magic to get the numbers where they needed to be and when that wasn't working Orlando was brought in to help us out. He answered our questions in a timely and courtious manner. He even walked back and forth between the used and new sides of Safford to get questions answered for us. Orlando was sincere and in no way the "cheesy" used car salesman. Thumbs up to Safford once again :) More
Be careful of offers for your used car. Know what it is worth before going in. Had used car manager offer me half the book value of my vehicle and after going back and forth he tried the old trick of stopp worth before going in. My 16 year old Saturn had served me well, but it was time for us to part ways. I researched vehicles and knew what I wanted but most importantly, I knew what I could afford to pay. After going to Carmax and a local Dodge dealership in which the salesperson "fell asleep" during my test drive and when I woke him up to ask which way to turn, he told me to "keep cruisin to check out the car" aka, I need a longer nap, I dreaded going to another dealership. But Safford C/J/D of Fredericksburg, VA thankfully, changed my mind!! I called before going to the dealership to ensure if the used vehicle I found on line was still available. I spoke to Ray Perez, who was extremely professional, very personal, and just an overall great guy. From the moment I arrived at Safford, everyone I encountered was just like Ray. The vehicle I inquired about was pulled up front and was waiting for me to take a test drive. Ray was completely informed about the vehicle and just guided me through the whole process; he listened to me and helped me get the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. Then enters James from Finance, who showed told me he could get me a better finance rate than what my credit union pre-approved me for. I was doubtful, but he did it!! I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. Just like Ray said, you can find any car deal on line, but it's customer service when you arrive at the dealership that counts; and he was so right.
