This is the first car dealership I've been to where I've felt completely comfortable. All the staff were kind, and not pushy. I felt like they were up front and honest with me. Darleen and Joan was instrumental in me getting my new Dodge Durango. I was promise a Truck and at the last moment the Dealer Safford Dodge of Warrenton would not release the vehicle, they wanted me to b Dodge Durango. I was promise a Truck and at the last moment the Dealer Safford Dodge of Warrenton would not release the vehicle, they wanted me to buy the vehicle from them, they even went so far as to say I contacted them which was not true. So after 2 hours going back and forth we decided it would be best if I order my own Durango and they work Diligently to make this happen. Ordered on 15 April 2012 and recieved on 25 May 2012. I was told it would take 6 weeks and I received my Dodge Durango in the window promised. Again I am very please with the process from start to finish. More

I was looking for a great deal on a quality truck. Ben Clarke was my salesperson and did a stellar job in showing me all the features of the new Dodge Ram trucks. He was patient, knowledgeable and enthus Clarke was my salesperson and did a stellar job in showing me all the features of the new Dodge Ram trucks. He was patient, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was refreshing to work with such a professional that knew the product he was selling. The entire experience was great from beginning to end, no wasted time and all questions were answered. Hats off to Skip for walking me through the warranty and items to assist in protecting my new truck and also to Scott for his patience and exemplary performance in handing the finance side of deal; he worked hard and got me a great interest rate, terms and a comfortable payment. Overall experience was top notch. If you are looking for a quality vehicle and wanted to be treated like a valued customer ask for Ben and his team, you won't be sorry. This May was my first visit to Safford Dodge, and it was to buy a Jeep. Ms. Bev Riley was a very competent, experienced, straight-shooting salesperson who put me into a beautiful blue 2010 Jeep Wrangler in to buy a Jeep. Ms. Bev Riley was a very competent, experienced, straight-shooting salesperson who put me into a beautiful blue 2010 Jeep Wrangler in just two short visits. I had a very enjoyable buying experience; no pressure, and an excellent allowance on my trade-in. I love the Jeep, went cruising under the stars that very night! Very pleased with the honesty, cleanliness and professional mannerisms. I was quoted higher and paid less so there is no complaint here!! My son works for Bill Britt VW. My wife and I have had terrible experiences before buying cars until yesterday. What a wonderful experience from the test drive to the financing.
