The truck I was interested in was more than I expected. A 2008 Dodge Ram that looked absolutely new with very low miles. Scott Rader was my sales professional and he was great. No pressure, answered all my questions and I was out the door in no time. Brought my trade in truck the next day. Scott stopped what he was doing and took care of the paperwork right away. Start to finish, this was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle from a dealer. I will strongly recommend these good people to all my friends. More

He never tried to push higher priced cars - he looked out for us and got us the best deal possible. He was quick - accurate - helpful and all and all was a great sales person. Benjamin and all the staff we dealt with were very helpful in getting the deal made and us out of the door in a reasonable amount of time. We have purchased many auto's from Safford Dodge and this was by far the most pleasant experience. It was refreshing to go into this deal knowing we did not have the best deal to trade up but after everyone involved taking the time to crunch numbers and see that the sale was a sucess for all parties involved - Mr. & Mrs Davis drove away in a 2011 Chrysler 200 - very satisfied! After speaking with Jerry Silsley and explaining our friend's situation he worked with me to work out a price our friend could afford and he had the car brought to Fredericksburg. The car was perfect for our friend and the buying process was hassle-free. His pricing was good and the negotiation made it better. When we arrived, the truck was exactly as described and pictured on their website. The very humorous Jerry met us at the door and the sale happened *fast*. We were even pleasantly surprised when their finance manager, Rick, beat the rate of our bank with which we have a 15-year relationship. It was ready for us to drive in less than 2 hours. For me, I care about how a dealership treats my wife. The courteous staff opened every door for her and addressed her as the equal that she is in the transaction.
