I bought a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in October of 2012. The problems with the vehicle are not a reflection on this dealership, in fact they went over and above my expectations to try and make things right on the Jeep, in the end I was much happier with the Durango and highly recommend it to anyone. Chris Glitzos was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products and NOT TOO PUSHY which is something that I appreciate. The owner of the dealership (Jim Bathurst) got involved personally in the Jeep issues and offered a workable solution in the way of the 2012 Durango. He listened to my issues and also worked over Chrysler Customer Care to bring about a solution. So in summary Safford Chrysler Jeep stood behind their products and thier customer. Chris helped us out from the moment we got out of our car, asking politely if we were looking for anything specific. Even when we told him we were just truck browsing and that we were looking at differen car, asking politely if we were looking for anything specific. He just asked if there were any type of features we were looking for. We had no pressure from him and he was completely honest with us the whole time, never trying to sell us anything that we couldn't afford or even looking at anything we could afford. We found the perfect new 2012 dodge ram. Even when we were on the fence about prices he haggled them down to fit our needs. I can't express how amazed we were that he hadn't tried to sell us something 'bigger and better' or that he didn't turn his nose up at as when we mentioned we were just comparing cars. Chris took his time to work with us one and one and never once suggested anything negative. The paper work was very easy, including finances. Never have I had such an easy time buying a car.
