If you would have told my wife and I that we would have traded our 2 year old Caravan in on a new one ,we would have never believed it. We received a letter in the mail asking us to stop in because they be traded our 2 year old Caravan in on a new one ,we would have never believed it. Were we ever wrong. After just walking in the door we were surprised at how quickly the General manager Leo, Joan Bays and Ricky Payne went to work on our assignment of working us a deal. They all worked at a feverish pace to accomplish the unimaginable. By the time it was all said and done, after just a short time we were driving out in a brand new Dodge Caravan. We actually were made to feel so comfortable and at home , that we actually kind of hated to leave. Ricky Paynes performance was unparalelled as a salesman. Whether it was Ricky running,(thats right I said running) through the many lots to drive another van up to the showroom for us to see.(and he had to bring quite a few in for our inspection. Ricky took great care to explain every little detail to us to make sure we understood, both the ins and outs of the deal,as well as the more technical aspects of Bluetooth Technology.(we are a couple of retired folks that thought bluetooth was stains on someones teeth).Ricky had his hands full, but was more than up to the challenge. I'm sure if wasn't for the painstaking work of Ricky and Joan we would have never bought a new van. Second used car buy in 15 months, this time it was very pleasant, as the sales man was very focussed on our needs and wishes. Offer was ok, became good after some more talks. My husband and I went into Safford looking for a 4x4 vehicle. We were instantly greeted by Al, who never left our side - even down to the final wave bye as we drove off in our brand new Dodge Nitro. I couldn't breathe and talk at the same time, but he understood. Even offered me cough drops and DayQuil! He became family at that point! Joan was super sweet, kept us up to date on every conversation Carl was having with the lenders. Carl faught for us, tooth and nail, to get us approved. He promised he would get it done, and he kept that promise. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and I have many times! I have given this dealership a 5 out of 5 rating because they honestly deserve it!! I usually cringe at the thought of "car sales" - but not anymore....not with Safford!! More
