I was looking for a 2012 Dodge RAM 1500 with specific features to replace a 2007 RAM that was totaled. He was courteous the entire time and showed us only the vehicles with the features I was looking for in a new vehicle. I felt no pressure to buy any one vehicle at any time. The Manager was very friendly and courteous and gave us an outstanding deal on the vehicle we chose and was extremely efficient in working our financing needs. The Finance Officer took only a few moments in explaining all of the typical "paperwork" associated with a sale and, again, there was no pressure to buy all of the "service options". We bought only those we wanted. I made an online inquiry about a vehicle, and Larry Lewis called me to answer my questions and to provide additional information. During the ride, Larry discussed the current inventory and highlighted the vehicles he thought would meet my needs. I was impressed with his knowledge, and the fact that he had driven across town to meet me and get me to the dealership! Upon arrival, the staff invited me to review the inventory, and take a test drive. In less than two hours, I was on way way home with my new truck! Larry and the sales staff worked quickly and efficiently to get my financing and insurance in place so I could drive home that evening with no worries. Even though it was a rainy day, my truck was perfectly detailed and prepared before it was delivered to me. The Sales Manager even had the staff fuel up the truck for my long ride home! Larry called me the next day to make sure that the ride home went well and to make sure that my expectations had been met. Safford thereby eliminated 2011 inventory and we bought an upgraded 2011 Town and Country at a very good price compared to an equivalent 2012 model. The Chrysler T&C minivan had the best ride, quietness, and seat-conversion-to-open-space mechanism of all other brands tested. Too bad more people don't look at the "new" Chrysler products. We have been GM buyers for 25 years. More
