Sales people in Used are nice and good. Service people at this dealership are some of the worst anywhere. They regularly change what they tell you. Then they delete items and discriptions from thier computer system so that when you go back for an issue that they did not actually fix, they claim it was not told to them. Then they will break items on your cehicle and claim it was like that before you came in. Make sure if you have to use their service that you photograph every part of your car from, both outside and inside. Then when you go in and tell them you were in before for the same issue they will call you a lier to your face, and charge you again for the same issue. If you can get to another Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership for service, highly recommended that you do. The customer service of rudeness came from the bottom to the management. If you ask any specific questions, and know specificly what your issue is and the needed fix and do not treat them like they are the "gods" of all knowledge and you know nothing, they will treat you like dirt and be angree that you would dare tell them about your car. Quality of work covers the fact that have been in for the same issue multiple times, being repeaditly charges and the issue still presists. Then they have damaged the vehicle more then once and claimed it was damage before it was brought in, that it was not for the car had been carefully looked at before bringing it in, then told was lying when confronted them with this information. One person in service was atleast courtious so gave a 2 here but the rest have been nothing but rude. Then the management supports the rudeness and lack of professionalism and does not strive for their people to provide quality work. The only reason price is ok is that some of it was covered by insurance otherwise they have higher prices. Had to start coming to this dealership because the other one in the area was closed down. Bought a great vehicle, but the service has ruined the joy of owning the vehicle and would by another Chrysler Jeep Dodge if it was not for the horrible service provided. More
Just let me say, that this dealership has all their ducks in a row. We arrived at this dealer at 1:30 pm and by 4:00 pm we had met Ben, taken 2 different trucks for a test drive, made the deal that we were h in a row. I came to the dealership to look at a low-mileage used Chrsyler Mini Van. The 2011 vehicle I was interested in was sold but Troy showed us a new 2011 vehicle as well as another used vehicle (2010). Best experience we ever had in looking for and buying a new vehicle. Chris understood our situation and allowed us plenty of time to test drive several vehicles and there was no pressure or sterotypical sales lines or hard sale pressure. The dealer was responsive to our negotiations on both the trade in and sales price. We are very happy with the vehicle and the experience. Highly recommended are both Chris Glitzos in Sales and Mark Miles in Service. More
On Oct. 2nd 2011 I took my 2007 Dodge Ram into Safford Dodge of Fredericksburg for an oil change, and left with a brand new 2012 Dodge Avenger SXT plus and it was all due to the great service I got from e Dodge of Fredericksburg for an oil change, and left with a brand new 2012 Dodge Avenger SXT plus and it was all due to the great service I got from everybody there. It started in service. I saw a sign that said I could get a free appraisal, I said since I'm waiting for my truck, why not. I was then taken to my friend Chris Glitzos who treated me like a friend from the begenning to end. I told Chris I didn't think I could get the car and he said "well lets see" after we figured what would be best for me, Chris got thinggs stared. I loved my truck but it was killing me in gas. I slettled on a lovely 2012 Dodge Avenger SXT Plus, Blackberry Pearl in color. Chris and the team went to work from there. A few hours later I had a new car with great gas MPG, aaand payment I could live with. I'm one happy customer. Not once did I feel rushed or puched into something I was not comforable with. Every experience I've had with the folk at Safford Dodge has been great, and that includs when I got my truck from them a few years back.
