My Husband and I initially came in to "Look" only. I had, had one in mind, a 2012 Charger, but, had not been delivered yet. So we looked around to what else was available. I f "Look" only. And have nothing but, good to say about the service Dept as well. My Husband was just as pleased if not more with his salesman also, Mr. Garretson. They both went out of their way to accomodate our needs and interests. The whole dealership has feeling home and comfort. They made us offer's neither of us could refuse or pass up. Bought a new 2500 cummins diesel, regular salesman had no clue about the truck but had the sense to take me to see Fred Brown. He contacted the small credit union in Louisanna where I had my previous truck financed on his day off to make sure we could close out the trade in and allow me to pick the new truck up on the weekend. I wanted a late 2011 new with the HO diesel option in the Laramie trim. He searched all over and found a truck and had it delived to their dealership still getting it at a good price. I took my previous truck to other dealers and they were within a few hundred of what I could get elsewhere, so I do not feel I was low balled on the trade. Fred made this a good experience with a respectable deal, seamless trade-in transaction and great product knowledge. Jay More

I bought my 2004 Dodge Dakota from a different dealer in Virginia. In 2005 I moved to Fredericksburg and wanted to locate the local Dodge dealer to assist me in any maintenance issues I may have. Shortly, Virginia. In 2005 I moved to Fredericksburg and wanted to locate the local Dodge dealer to assist me in any maintenance issues I may have. Shortly, two months, after my warranty had expired, my radio suddenly quit working one day for no reason. I called Safford Dodge explained my situation and asked for assistance. They asked me to bring my truck in so they could see what may be wrong. After maintenance personnel looked at the radio, wiring, etc they determined the radio was bad. Stafford replaced the radio free of charge eventhough the vehicle was no longer under warranty. They said replacing the radio free of charge was the RESPONSIBLE AND RIGHT THING TO DO! I still own the truck and the radio still works just fine. Next vehicle I buy, in about two years, will be a Dodge Ram 1500 from Safford in Fredericksburg, VA. More
