But Brown's always is on time, always does a complete job and if there is a need for extra work always calls explains and even states if the extra work is actually necessary. They complete the work when stated, and even their shuttle to and from the metro is superb. More

As a first time car buyer, I didn’t know what I was going to expect when I first walked into Brown’s Honda. I was skeptical and on guard, thinking that he would be like the other salesmen from the local competitor dealerships (I’ve already gone to and contacted 7+ local dealerships prior to Brown’s). However, he only treated me with the utmost respect and was incredibly patient with me as he thoroughly explained everything about the car to me.
