I recently purchased a new 2013 CR-V from Brown’s. I got a great deal and the staff when above and beyond to make it a great experience. My salesman was AJ. AJ responded right away to my request for a quote and honored it throughout the sale. The Finance Director Simone was also very helpful and saved me about $1000 over the pre-approved financing I walked in with from my bank. To top things off, when I mentioned that the car was an anniversary gift for my wife, they arranged to have it delivered to the restaurant where we were having dinner. When my wife and I came out, the CR-V was right in front with a big red bow on it. It was perfect! More

AJ was great, comfortable to work with, no pressure...and the price he quoted online was the one he presented (he lived up to his word). Friendly, easy to work with, made the process painless, quick and enjoyable. Needless to say I canceled the 2nd appointment. More
