We visited the Waldorf Hyundai Dealership and due two sales managers, our experience the worst customer service that I ever received with interest to purchasing a vehicle “ever”! We are not young and we purchased many vehicles. The haggling was disrespectful and belittling. Therefore, we contacted the Fairfax Dealership online and they responded quickly. The Sales Associate Don Barker was supportive of our request, patient, offered reasonable advice to our requests and assisted us to get great bargain. We would have saved $2000.00, however they reduced the price an additional $500.00 to beat an online offer at another dealership. Because of Mr. Barker, the Sales Manager and Finance super great service we had an exceptionally great purchasing experience. Although, we travel much further to purchase a vehicle.
