I test drove two vehicles and asked lots of clarifying questions. Mike was great sharing information, helping me compare features about the Santa Fe Sport and the Tuscan. I knew that I was going to choose between a Hyundai Tuscon and a Hyundai Sa I arrived at the dealership having done my research thoroughly beforehand. I knew that I was going to choose between a Hyundai Tuscon and a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Don Barker, the sales rep, found the cars side-by-side for me, and when I instantly realized the Sport would be the right size car, put me in a great vehicle (just what I wanted including the color) and talked me through a test drive in city traffic on a VERY rainy morning. He knew the car down to the last detail, and was able to answer every question very thoroughly. I was confident in the car from the get go, due largely to his anticipation of the information I would need at every turn. Back at the dealership, he worked hard to help me find the best pricel, and his attitude was replicated by that of Kerri Estrada in the business office. I had arrived with a pre-approved loan from my credit union. They gave me a better rate. They facilitated my purchase and arranged to have the car tags and tax done so that I will have North Carolina plates without any added trips to DMV. I was a little nervous about doing a deal in another state, but this worked out great, and I was able to leave my former vehicle with my son in Virginia. Before I drove away, Don made sure I was fully informed of the dealer service plan, and set up my bluetooth phone connection for me. I was very satisfied with the final tax-tags-out-the-door price. My previous car buying experiences have been very stressful and high-pressure, even when I knew what I wanted and was prepared to buy.
