Dana Ghobashi was excellent. Had the car ready to go for me when I arrived, so the test drive wasn't delayed by her going to find the car and bringing it around. She was personable, engaging, and part of the reason I returned. Let's face it - the car was the main reason. I was at a different dealer down the street who did not have my car ready when I arrived and did not show much concern that it wasn't there when I did arrive, and gave a halfhearted excuse as to why it wasn't there. I left and went to Dana to buy the car from her. More
